Summary: Rosalie
Bennett, a HS Junior, learns her illness is a case of
'pregnancy'. Jack Weaver, her boy friend and school jock
becomes hostile and demands that she get rid of 'her
problem'. Rosie's parents agree with Jack. But, for
reasons she can not explain, Rosie feels differently. By
trickery or fate, the world discovers Rosie's secret.
Jack denies fathering the child, and because he is so
popular, everyone believes him. Ugly rumors circulate.
Isuues arise, causing Rosie to be ostracized. Her life

Thelma Feldman, her neighbor, helps Rosie during this
challenging time by finding hope in the situation. Aisha
Summers, a classmate, doesn't like the way people are
treating Rosie and Brad Underwood, her boss at the
cinema, would like to become a closer friend. Rosie
learns that no matter what her decision, he life will
never be the same. With the help of her doctor, her HS
teacher and Fr Tony, she matures and reconciles her
choice, the choice she will live with forever.

About the Author:
Jean T Nietubicz is the
Respect Life and Gabriel Prject Coordinator for St
Philip the Apostle Church. She is the mother of 5
married children, who gave her 24 grandchildren. She has
worked with crises pregnancies for 15 years and wrote
this story to help inform young people of the terror of
abortion. Her goal is to save the babies by saving the
moms, holding that when God gives us a life to care for,
He doesn't ask what religion we are. Jean is
commissioned to teach Christian Human Sexuality and
fequently talks with JrHS and SRHS students in the
Houston area.
