About the Author: Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Sabra Robinson is an aspiring writer of children's literature and Christian non fiction and presently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina with her family.  
Sabra is a three-year (and counting) Junior Achievement volunteer for the Charlotte-Mecklenburg school system with several years experience working in the children's ministry and currently is a youth leader with the H.Y.P.E Youth Ministry in Charlotte, North Carolina.  
In addition to writing her first multicultural children's picture book, Micky, Ticky, Boo! Says Hello, h
er vision to animate her characters for film and television allowed her to become recognized as a Finalist out of over three hundred applicants for the ABC/Disney New Talent Development program for 2003. 
This multi-talented literary entrepreneur is also the founder of a one- of a kind writers forum and website for writers and illustrators of color: The African-American Children's Writers and Illustrators (AACBWI) and can be viewed at www.aacbwi.com. This versatile writer is also the founding editor of the inspirational anthology, The Lost Sheep: How I Got And Am Still Getting Over the Hump, an annual inspirational anthology which features true stories of God's restoration.
